Marcos served in leadership roles for more than 20 emerging tech projects in Latin America and the Caribbean, including the first bond tokenization. Co-founder and former CTO of LACChain, the largest blockchain in LATAM. Post-grad studies in Quantum Computing & Cryptography at MIT, and Finance & Management at LSE. Marcos has been a professor, lecturer, and tutor at several universities, including Harvard Kennedy School, UC3M, the European Tech School, and the Three Points Digital School. Responsible for developing the first end-to-end solution for quantum resistance in EVM-compatible blockchain networks, featured in Nature’s magazine Scientific Reports. Contributed to 25+ publications in collaboration with IDB, WEF, and other global thought leaders.

Over 20 years innovating in legal tech-related products and services. Andrea has provided pioneering legal guidance to governments, industry, and fintech innovators. Executive roles include Vice President at Corporation Service Company, CLO at IOV Labs, and Division Director for the State of Delaware. Andrea Tinianow spearheaded the Delaware Blockchain Initiative, making Delaware the first jurisdiction to embrace and validate decentralized technology. Awarded MarketsMedia’s “Women in Finance Award” for Excellence in Blockchain. Undergraduate degree from Brown University and graduated from law school magna cum laude. Clerked for the Honorable William Chandler III, of the Court of Chancery, and litigated for Pepper Hamilton. Created the first blockchain law class for Delaware Law School (her alma mater). Ian Gerrard

Financial executive with over 30 years of experience managing and building premier global telecom and information technology businesses. Long history of enhancing shareholder value through business transformations, corporate restructurings, and financial turnarounds resulting into several profitable ventures and exits. CFO at Comsat International; VP M&A at Primus Telecom; Director, Sprint Int’l; and various senior manager level positions in finance, accounting, and strategic planning at MCI. Consulting responsibilities involved raising over $50M in equity and debt capital for start-up and later stage companies, performing corporate and asset valuations and preparing client companies for growth and M&A opportunities. Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance from The American University in Washington, D.C, undergraduate degree in Accounting from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia and Associate member of the Australian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Adrian Pareja Abarca

Over 8 years of hands-on experience in software development and integration, holding senior roles in architectural design and leading complex implementations. Senior Software Architect at Avantica and Everis Perú, responsible for implementing microservices architectures and led various blockchain projects, integrating with different networks and leveraging state-of-the art technology. Zaira Perez

With over 10 years of experience in both Mexico and Latin America, Zaira has been involved in landmark projects such as the creation of the Mexican Wholesale Shared Network and the first Connectivity and Infrastructure Center in Mexico City. In the field of digital identity, she has served as the director of business development at some of the most significant digital identity companies in the region, including Idemia, Incode, and Único, where she has led identity verification projects. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, and a specialization in international and European law from the University of Paris, Sorbonne.
